Step 1: User Registration/Login Go to https://lms.iaa.edu.in If registering for the first time, click Register as CNO to create an account Complete the registration form with valid details, then click Terms and Conditions to view the page. After successful registration, you’ll be redirected to the activation page An activation email will be sent. Click the link in the email to verify the account. Select Login to navigate to the login page. If an account already exists, log in using https://lms.iaa.edu.in/login/ or click Login in the navigation bar. After submitting the ONO registration request, the Account Status page displays the request as Pending, indicating that it is under administrative review. If the ONO role request is rejected, an email notification is sent and the Account Status page is updated to Rejected, along with reviewer notes explaining the reason for rejection. Based on the reviewer feedback, registration details are updated and the request is resubmitted, changing the status to Resubmitted for further review. Once the ONO role request is approved, an approval email is received and selecting Go to Dashboard navigates to the ONO dashboard. Step 2: User & Cohort Management From the dashboard, selecting Add User opens the Add New User form to register workers by entering personal details and uploading the required identification documents. From the Users list, selecting Edit for an existing user opens the Edit User form, allowing updates to user details. The Store section is used to browse and search available courses and products. Selecting a course opens the course details page, where users can be selected for enrollment and the total amount is calculated automatically. After selecting the required users, a Cohort Name is entered and the cohort is submitted for verification using Create Cohort & Submit for Verification. The submitted cohort appears in the Cohorts section with a Pending Review status, allowing tracking of review progress and user-level approval status. Step 3: Cohort Verification, Payment & Enrollment If the cohort is rejected, an email notification is sent and the cohort status is updated to Rejected, displaying reviewer notes for affected users. Rejected user details are edited based on reviewer feedback, after which the user status changes to Resubmitted. Once all required corrections are completed, the cohort is resubmitted using Resubmit Cohort, updating the cohort status to Pending Review. After successful verification, a Cohort Verified email notification is sent confirming that the cohort has been approved. When the cohort status changes to Reviewed – Ready for Payment, payment is completed by selecting Pay Now, and a successful payment confirmation with order details is displayed. Step 4 – Training & Certificate Issuance Once the payment is completed: The cohort will automatically move to the “Waiting for Presentation” status. This means the group is now ready for training by the Course Nodal Officer (CNO). The CNO conducts the training session and marks the cohort as completed after verifying attendance and course completion. After the CNO issues the certificates: All certificates for the workers in the cohort will be sent to the ONO by email. The same certificates can also be downloaded from the IAA portal. To download from the portal: Go to Cohorts → Completed tab Find your cohort Click ⋮ (More options) → Download All Certificates
