Step 1: User Registration/Login

• Step 1.1: Go to https://lms.iaa.edu.in/

• Step 1.2: If registering for the first time, click Register in the navigation bar, a dropdown will appear then click on Single user to create an account; otherwise, proceed to Step 1.10.

• Step 1.3: Complete the registration form with a valid Aadhaar number, email ID, and phone number. Once registered, these details cannot be edited, so ensure all information is accurate before proceeding. Then click Terms and Conditions to view the page.

• Step 1.4: Review the Terms and Conditions, confirm your acceptance by checking the box, and proceed by clicking Register.

• Step 1.5:  After clicking the Register button, a modal will open showing the details you have entered. Review them carefully. If any of the values are incorrect, click on Edit Submission and make the necessary changes.

• Step 1.6: If all the information is correct, click on Confirm & Register

• Step 1.7: After successful registration, the system redirects to the activation page.

• Step 1.9: Select Login to navigate to the login page.

Step 1.10: If an account already exists, log in using https://lms.iaa.edu.in/login/ or click Login in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Submit course access request

• Step 2.1: After logging in, go to the store to view the available courses.

• Step 2.2: Now select the course in the preferred language, and click on Request Training Approval 

• Step 2.3: Your request for training will be submitted to the Course Nodal Officer (CNO) for approval

Step 3: Approval Notification

Once the Course Nodal Officer reviews your request:

• If approved, you will receive an email notification with a link to the course page.

• If your request is rejected, you will receive a notification along with the reason for rejection. After addressing the stated reason, you may submit a new request for the same course.

Step 4: Course Purchase

• Step 4.1: After clicking the Click here to pay button from the email, you will be redirected to the respective course purchase page, where you can complete the purchase. Click on Buy now to proceed with the payment process.

• Step 4.2:  Choose the mode of payment and complete the payment process

Upon successful payment, you can see your purchase success confirmation

• The invoice will be sent to your email. You can also generate it by clicking the Print button.
• Click the Start button to be redirected to the learning page.

Step 5: Access Course Contents

• Step 5.1: Your purchased courses will be listed there. Click on Go to course to access its modules and begin learning.

• Step 5.2: Clicking on the course will get you to see its individual modules. Click on the modules to attend them

• Step 5.3: After submitting your answer, the system will expose the right answer along with your response.

Step 6: Course Completion and Certification

• Complete the course modules at your own pace.
• After successful completion of the course:
• An alert will show when the certificate is available

• On clicking on View for the alert message, you will be redirected to the certificates page(https://lms.iaa.edu.in/certificates/courses/), where all your certificates can be downloaded
